Project Background
SCWA is bridging a gap between two water transmission mains to increase connectivity and allow conjunctive use of surface water supply to an area largely served by groundwater.
The Bruceville Transmission Main Project will install approximately 1,200 feet of 18-inch pipe along Bruceville Road between Di Lusso Drive and Laguna Blvd in the southbound direction.

What To Expect
Night work is anticipated during most of the project due to the area being a busy roadway. SCWA will make every effort to minimize impacts from light and noise throughout the work conducted at the site, but disturbances should be expected. Lane closures are anticipated during these times.
Hours of Operation
Construction will be conducted between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on weekdays.
