Instructions for Determining Eligibility of Grant Project Location 

To determine if your project location is eligible, go to Sacramento County’s Online Interactive Map and follow the steps below:

1.Type in an address or APN number in the search bar.

 2. Under the “Property Information” section, check which jurisdiction the address or APN falls under. If the jurisdiction is   within the Unincorporated Area of Sacramento County, the project location is eligible. If the jurisdiction is outside of the   Unincorporated Area of Sacramento County, the project location is not eligible. Examples are provided below.
