This service level refers to the percent of improvement plans and water study submittals that are reviewed and
returned to the developer within the time standards established.
Target Review Period: 20 Days
SCWA staff will return comments within the 20-day review time standards of all complete developer first-time submittals within any calendar month. Submittals that are measured by this service level include (1) review of initial improvement plan submittals within 20 working days and (2) review of water studies within 25 working days.
