Background
The Rich Hill Drive Storm Drain Improvement Project area is bound by Greenback Lane to the north, Pershing Avenue to the south, Chestnut Avenue to the east, and Filbert Avenue to the west.
The project area consists of approximately 120 acres of medium density residential land use.
Description of Project:
The Department of Water Resources is studying whether this area will need improvements to address any flooding that occurs. If the project moves forward it will address flooding and drainage facility maintenance issues in the project area.
